Please note before booking:

• We provide 24/7 reception, bar and limited room service for our resident guests.
•  We have a car park which is situated behind the hotel on Pottergate and spaces are on a first-come-first-served basis. Car parking is £10 per night..
• All rooms benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi.
• Our lovely rooms in the Georgian part of the hotel do not have air conditioning.  Access is only by stairs, there is no lift facilities for the Georgian rooms.
• An extra Z bed may be possible, one per room at a charge of £25.00 per night for a child up to 12 years old. Over the age of 12 the charge is £40.00 per night. Travel cots may be provided at a charge of £20.00 per night per child, a maximum of two per room.
•  If you would like to add any special requests, for example room with a bath, please ensure that you complete the relevant area when making your booking. Please note that while all special requests will be considered we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to fulfil the request depending on availability at the time.
•  Photo identification, passport or drivers license is required on check-in if paying by cash.
• Please note that we reserve the right to make a pre-authorization with your card provider, we do not take any money from your card until you arrive except for book and pay today's bookings. 
• There is a mini bar in all rooms. 
• Rooms 17, 18 and 19 are all street level.
• We have a non-refundable and non-transferable police.
